We are seeking a high-energy IT Support Technician to join our team in Panipat. As the city evolves from a traditional weaving center into a modern industrial giant—home to one of Asia’s largest oil refineries and a global hub for home furnishings—you will be the backbone of the digital systems that keep the looms spinning and the supply chains moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Industrial Hardware Support: Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, thermal printers, and ruggedized tablets used in high-dust textile environments and large-scale warehouses.
- ERP & Export Software: Support enterprise software (SAP/Oracle) used for tracking international textile shipments and managing raw material inventories.
- Robust Networking: Ensure stable Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity across sprawling manufacturing units and multi-story export houses to prevent production delays.
- IoT & Automation Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for IT-enabled high-speed looms and automated dyeing machinery unique to the Panipat industrial belt.
- CCTV & Security: Manage high-definition surveillance and access control systems, which are critical for the security of massive inventory stocks and refinery-adjacent facilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft 365 certifications are a major plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in network troubleshooting, Windows/Linux environments, and hardware repair.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential to communicate with export managers, factory supervisors, and international clients.
Preferred Skills
- Supply Chain Tech: Experience with barcode scanners, RFID systems, and logistics management software.
- Mobility: A valid driving license and a two-wheeler are required to navigate the industrial sectors (Sectors 25, 29) and the busy GT Road corridor.
- Resilience: Ability to work in fast-paced, high-temperature industrial environments.
